What data we collect

When you interact with our website, we collect:

• Contact form submissions: Your name, phone number, email address, and message. This data is submitted directly to you and stored by our form processor, Formspree.
• Website analytics: Anonymised page views and browsing behaviour if you have Google Analytics enabled in your browser. This does not identify you personally.
• No payment data: We do not process credit cards or collect sensitive financial information on this website.

Why we collect it

We collect your information for two reasons:

• To respond to enquiries: If you submit a brief or question via our contact form, we need your contact details to get back to you with a quote or answer.
• To improve our website: Anonymised analytics help us understand how visitors use our site and where we can improve.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data: We retain your name, phone, email, and message for 3 years from submission, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Analytics data: Depends on your Google Analytics retention settings. By default, Google retains data for 26 months. You can adjust this in your Google Analytics account if you own the tracking code.

Who we share it with

Your data may be shared with:

• Formspree: Our form processor (based in the USA). They handle submission routing and storage. See their privacy policy for details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or other purposes.

Your rights under the PDPA
